REFUND OF COURSE FEES
Any student requesting a refund of course fees must submit the request via email to info@rescueawareness.com. The subject line should state the following, “REQUEST FOR REFUND”. Requests for full refunds will be honored up to 48 hours before the start date and time of the class. THE EMAIL MUST BE TIME STAMPED THAT IT WAS SENT 48 HOURS PRIOR TO THE START OF THE CLASS SESSION. If it is less than 48 hours before the start of class, the student may reschedule ONCE for another class session within one calendar year of the DATE OF THE INITIAL SCHEDULED COURSE.
CANCELLATION OF A COURSE
Rescue Awareness Solutions, LLC reserves the right to cancel or alter any scheduled class session. Class sessions may be cancelled for a variety of reasons including, but not limited to, low enrollment, inclement weather, disaster, acts of God, instructor availability, and site availability. If a class session is cancelled, enrolled students will be notified of the cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled class session by email or phone. All students registered for a class session that is cancelled will be entitled to a complete refund of all paid course fees. Enrolled students may also elect to transfer into another scheduled class session. Selection of the second scheduled class session must occur within 30 days of the class session cancellation. If a class session is not selected, Rescue Awareness Solutions, LLC will issue a full refund. The cost of the second authorized class session must be of equal or less cost of the initially scheduled class session or the cost difference must be paid by the student.

I hereby give my consent to Rescue Awareness Solutions, LLC., its legal representatives, employees and any person acting with its permission, upon its authority or on its behalf, to use my name, voice, verbal statements, and portrait or picture (motion or still) for advertising purposes, for purposes of trade, public information, or for any lawful purpose whatsoever.
